The bill (Reg. No. 3208) is aimed at legislative regulation of provision for permanent use of water fund land plots to the nature reserve fund institutions for proper maintenance of recreation facilities and exemption of loss recovery of agricultural and forestry production.

Particularly, it is suggested to amend article 59 of the Land Code of Ukraine supplementing it with a new clause; and amend article 208.

Upholding the concept of the bill in general, the Committee members stressed that part of provisions suggested by the bill already regulated by the current law.
